The Rhythm AI Connector has been reviewed and approved by both companies — you can now find Rhythm Systems in the Claude connector directory and the ChatGPT app directory. If your team uses Claude or ChatGPT day-to-day, connecting to Rhythm is now just a few clicks away, no separate setup required.

We modernized the branding across every email Rhythm sends you — status reminders, meeting notifications, comment alerts, all of it. Same emails you rely on, just cleaner and easier to read at a glance.

• No more losing your work in Company Plan setup — canceling out of the configuration pop-up now protects any changes you made.

The Goals table view now includes Description and Notes columns, so you can see full context on your goals without clicking into each one — ideal for review meetings and quarterly planning sessions or for generating CSV files with the data.

The Job Scorecard table now shows section-level data and visual completion indicators at a glance, making it easier for leaders to see where their team's scorecards are fully built out vs. still in progress.

The Rhythm AI Connector gives your AI assistant (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, and more) direct, secure access to your Rhythm data — so you can ask questions, update goals, draft your Week in Sync, and more, all without leaving your AI tool. It's been in early access, and next week it opens up to everyone. Stay tuned for the launch announcement!!

As I close out my first year with Rhythm Systems, I just want to say thank you to all our amazing customers. You are the reason we do what we do. I’ve loved getting to know more about the leaders we support globally and the important work you are doing. This year, we’ve had the chance to support CEO breakthroughs, acquisitions, tough decisions, and significant value creation. It is why we exist, to help you achieve your dreams. 

This has been a record-breaking year of providing client services, completing over 220 days in sessions. Thank you for placing your trust in us. Our software is leading the way in AI capabilities for strategy execution, with an increased focus on value creation as we enter 2026. Keep an eye out for significant new capability with KPIs next year, and we will continue to double down on simplifying our user experience.
