We are kicking off 2023 with a bang here at Rhythm Systems! We have a fully staffed Product and Engineering team who have been busy planning a fantastic year of software enhancements to help you achieve your goals!
This list is nowhere near exhaustive - we'd be here all day if I shared everything we've planned for this year! - but I did want to share the high level of where we're heading in our roadmap.

Q1 2023:
Releasing My Rhythm Mobile experience to help engage employees and reduce talent churn
Building Recurring Meetings and Tasks feature to effectively manage your Rhythm of Work
Other big items we're working on in Q1 include a brand new Winning Moves report, ability to export list screens to CSV files, and new API integration endpoints. Stay tuned for more details!
Q2 2023:
Planning to release new integrations for syncing Rhythm goals and tasks with your favorite Project Management tools
Planning to release the capability to view item edit history on Tasks and Goals, so you don't have to wonder who made what changes when
Q3 2023:
Planning to release enhancements to our Performance Management tools to make the experience of 1:1s with direct reports and reviews as simple as possible
Planning to release capability for you to select the status frequency on goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
Q4 2023 and beyond
Planning to continue enhancing our integration offerings, including Slack, MS Teams, and more!
Planning to continue enhancing reports, including PowerPoint exports for executives
Planning to enhance collaboration tools in Rhythm
Planning to introduce smart coach features with insights to help you improve execution over time
